Cancellations
Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours will result in a full charge. Insurance does not cover cancelations and clients will be responsible for the amount out-of-pocket.
Litigation
It is the stated philosophy of this practice that we do not participate in lawsuits of any type, unless compelled to do so by subpoena or court order.
No Surprises Act 2022
You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing how much your medical care will cost you.
Under the law, health care providers must provide an estimate of the medical bill for services to patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance.
